Field Project Administrator

**Applicant** must have a minimum of 3 years experience with DASH, & T&M Pro Restoration Software

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Oversee DASH software by Nextgear ensuring that jobs have been entered in properly and overseeing all estimates, project managers and leads
  • Oversee T&M Pro software ensuring that jobs have been entered in properly and overseeing all estimates, project managers and leads
  • Maintain efficient production processes by communicating effectively with management and fellow technicians.
  • Enter rate and material billing accurately
  • Coordinate billing with Home Office for national accounts
  • Post final customer invoices
  • Put together billing package and sending out to customers
  • Maintain accurate billing files and historical finance records
  • Assist in tracking of Home Depot and Lowes receipts to ensure jobs are costed correctly
  • Enter time and material billing into T&M Pro
  • Coordinate with National Billing Team in order to ensure accurate invoicing and collections
  • Enter accounts payable records
  • Preform check runs
  • Mange vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with vendor requirements
  • Participate in Month End Review process
  • Perform restoration tasks and production processes as directed.
  • Assess property damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters.
  • Oversee Employee training and efficiency of software programs

Additional Duties:

  • Undertake any other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the branch and the company.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in restoration
  • Minimum 3 years experience with DASH & T&M Pro software
  • Estimator experience preferred but not required
  • Must have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and working in all types of weather and environments.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check, as required by applicable law.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 0-15% of the time)
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
  • The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Able to travel, both domestically (REQUIRED)
  • Proven communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good driving record:
  • Minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age and have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable driving experience
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No repeat seat belt violations
  • No high-speed moving violations in the past 3 years
